Forest Room

Our 100sqm Studio is the heart of the hub as it is where everything comes to life. With a double volume ceiling, this space is as impressive as it is beautiful. Fully equipped with Bluetooth speakers & projector, it’s a perfect venue to host WORKSHOPS / COURSES / TALKS & PROMOTIONS! We offer classroom style seating up to 20 people and cinema style seating up to 40 people.

  • 100m2
  • Projector, aircon, chairs and tables

Seating capacity

  • 20 attendees (classroom style with tables)
  • 10 attendees (Covid-19 regulations)
  • 70 attendees (cinema style – chairs only)
  • 30 attendees (Covid-19 regulations)

Full Day Rental

9am - 5pm
R2500
  • Room rental for 11-20 attendees
  • Includes tables & chairs
  • Includes set up, break down & cleaning
  • Secure parking, including basement parking on request
  • Includes the use of projector & speakers
  • Includes Reception welcome
  • Tea/Coffee/Water station included
  • Snacks (muffins/biscuits) will be an additional charge of R60 per person

Half Day Rental

9am - 1pm / 1:30pm - 5:30pm

  • Room rental for 11-20 attendees
  • Includes tables & chairs
  • Includes set up, break down & cleaning
  • Secure parking, including basement parking on request
  • Includes the use of projector & speakers
  • Includes Reception welcome
  • Tea/Coffee/Water station included
  • Snacks (muffins/biscuits) will be an additional charge of R30 per person

We are happy to quote for additional tailor-made services;

  • Additional chairs
  • Mobile massage beds (for wellness training)
  • Catering (We have a choice of light lunches & desserts)

Full Day Rental

  • Smaller groups of 4-10 attendees
  • Includes all the benefits and snack fees that come with larger group bookings above

Half Day Rental

9am - 1pm / 1:30pm - 5:30pm / 4-6 attendees
R150/per person
  • Smaller groups of 4-10 attendees
  • Includes all the benefits and snack fees that come with larger group bookings above
